These works are now underway and involve the complete rebuild of the pool and spa area, replacement of all mechanical services, glazing, electrical, hydraulics and plumbing along with amazing high end fit-out finishes designed by Woodman Architects.

Complete electrical load assessment ,re-design and upgrade to latest codes.
Entire swim area, pool water entry and bathrooms to be made accessible compliant.
