Project Overview

When it came time to establish a new base of operations for Strategic Remedial Solutions, we chose to act as our own client. By maintaining total flexibility throughout the design and construction phase, we were able to configure the environment to work exactly how we do as a company — integrating our finance, IT, and operational workflows into a single ecosystem. The result has transformed a once-tired industrial shell into a state-of-the-art office facility that serves as a benchmark for our future project delivery.

The Brief & Design

The relocation was driven by our rapid expansion and the need for a space that could scale our growing team. The design brief focused on several areas:

• Departmental Cooperation: We moved away from siloed workspaces to a layout that actively brings all of our departments together, creating a space where our teams can collaborate together for better project alignment.

• Expansion & Growth: The floor plan was designed for flexibility, providing dedicated space for newly introduced roles and future headcount, as well as quiet spaces for phone calls and meetings.

• Client & Collaboration Hubs: We prioritised high-quality meeting environments that offer the flexibility needed for client consultations, JV planning, and project reviews. We also created a dedicated space to showcase our access equipment, both for our sales and delivery channels.

• Technical Showcase: Beyond just an office, our new facility serves as a showcase for our technical capabilities. By transforming this space into somewhere we're proud to call home, we've created an environment that demonstrates our commitment to excellence the moment a client walks through the door.

Scope of Works

• General Modifications:

  Internal strip-out and reconfiguration to create open-plan workspaces and private meeting suites.

• Technical Infrastructure:

  Ground-up installation of enterprise-grade IT systems, smart access controls, and complete building re-wire.

• Custom Fitout:

  Selection and installation of high-end finishes, workstations, and collaborative zones throughout the office spaces.

The Result

Delivered on time and to our own exacting standards, the Artarmon fitout serves as a live demonstration of our capability to manage complex project lifecycles—from initial concept and design through to execution and final handover.
