Building Upgrade Cremorne

SRS has been engaged to completely refurbish a 1980's building in Cremorne NSW.

The work involves new windows and doors, balcony waterproofing, brick wall cavity flashings, recreation roof upgrade, fire stair upgrade, new engineered glass balustrades along with a sympathetic facade improvement colour scheme.

SRS & its subcontractors designed a tested & certified engineered glass balustrade system to the satisfaction of the supervising engineers utilising the latest DuPont SGP glass interlayer which is 100 times more rigid than normal EVA interlayers and is far more resistant to edge delamination and discolouration. This glass is also far more optically transparent.
